All About Me

Leigh-Anne graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and has been practicing massage therapy since January 2013. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As a focused massage therapist, Leigh-Anne specializes in various techniques, including Scar Tissue Release, Manual Lymph Drainage, Active Release Therapy (ART), Cupping, and Soft Tissue Tool Techniques. By integrating one or more of these methods, she creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Leigh-Anne’s primary objective is to identify and address the underlying causes of her clients' issues, whether that involves treating the specific area of concern or related parts of the body. She has successfully treated a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical scar tissue, TMJ disorders, neck and back pain from scar adhesions, and swelling resulting from injury or surgery.

Passionate about holistic well-being, Leigh-Anne believes in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit through exercise, nutrition, and, of course, massage therapy. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve a pain-free and optimally healthy lifestyle.

In her spare time, Leigh-Anne stays active by participating in CrossFit, cycling, mountain biking, running, swimming, canoeing, and camping. Her athletic experience, combined with her educational background, enables her to assist athletes in recovering from injuries and preventing future ones.
